Company history

February 1990 Osamu Watari established Cellsystem Co., Ltd. in Takatsu Ward, Kawasaki City with capital of 8 million yen and began designing and manufacturing measurement and control systems.
March 1990 Developed single-wafer picking inventory management system for semiconductor wafers.
November 1990 Increased capital to JPY 15,000,000.
September 1991 Increased capital to JPY 30,000,000.
April 1993 Head office moved to Shinsaku, Takatsu ward, Kawasaki City.
March 1994 Developed and started selling color copy machines and self-service coin kits.
September 1998 Developed and started sales of our own product “Video Pattern Generator VPG-1000”
October 1999 Developed and started sales of control driver for semiconductor lasers.
December 2000 Head office moved to Aoba ward, Yokohama City.
January 2001 Increased capital to JPY 34,680,000.
June 2003 Started selling high precision type TDC-2000R as Peltier control driver TDC series.
July 2003 Started selling power supplies for high-power pulsed lasers.
November 2004 Signed an agency contract with Ferrotec Material Technologies Corporation.
May 2005 Started research on thin-film solar cell evaluation and inspection equipment in collaboration with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
February 2007 Acquired ISO9001 certification.
March 2007 Started selling the TDU-5000 series as a high-precision panel type Peltier control driver.
February 2008 Exhibited and started sales of thin film solar cell evaluation and inspection equipment at the first solar cell exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight.
June 2010 Tabletop solar cell characteristic distribution measuring device “LIVS PVC-3300T” was exhibited at the PV Japan 2010 exhibition held at Pacifico Yokohama.
February 2012 LED simulator “Iris-1” exhibited and sales started at the 5th Solar Cell Exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight.
April 2015 Started selling high precision 4CH LD/PD controller LCD-7400A.
August 2015 Started selling 256CH LD aging device AGT-1200.
March 2016 IRIS-S exhibited at the 117th Catalyst Symposium.
July 2016 Exhibiting LD evaluation system at OECC International Conference.
March 2017 Developed and sold multi-channel synchronized GHz arbitrary signal generation LD power supply.
June 2017 Exhibiting LD evaluation system ILT-10000 at EXAT2017.
February 2018 Developed and sold 800ch organic EL evaluation device.
February 2018 Started selling Iris-MG merry-go-round type photoreaction device
April 2018 Started research and development of receiver calibration technology using LED spectral tunable light source in collaboration with National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
April 2019 Started selling Iris-MG-S merry-go-round type photoreaction device (stirring type).
